These terms govern your use of the Doratify mobile app and website (the “Service”), provided by CorpNexus LLC (30 N Gould St #52779, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States; “Doratify”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Doratify estimates the calories and nutrients of meals from photos or text, calculates a personal calorie and macro target, and offers workout plans, exercise instructions and progress tracking. Some features are free with daily limits; others require a Premium subscription.

2. Not medical advice

Doratify is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calorie and nutrient values are estimates and can be inaccurate; portions in photos can be misjudged by 20–30% or more. Targets are calculated with published formulas and safety limits, but they cannot account for every individual circumstance.

Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet or starting exercise, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or had an eating disorder, diabetes, heart, kidney or other conditions, or take medication. Do not rely on the Service in an emergency.

3. Exercise safety

Before generating workouts we ask the PAR-Q+ health questions; if any answer indicates a risk, only light activity is offered and we recommend speaking with a doctor. Exercise always carries some risk of injury. Use proper form, stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or sharp pain, and train within your limits. You are responsible for choosing exercises and loads that are safe for you.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service (16 where a lower age is permitted by local law with parental consent; we will not calculate a calorie target for anyone under 18). You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Billing. Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly, monthly or yearly) through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Prices, which vary by country, and the length of any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm.
  • Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Free trials. If a trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically.
  • Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Doratify account does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Where mandatory law gives you a right of withdrawal, you can exercise it through the store.
  • Price changes. If the price of your subscription changes, the store will notify you in advance as required by its rules.

6. Fair use and limits

Daily and monthly limits on photo scans and text analyses apply to keep the Service sustainable; current limits are shown in the app. You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful;
  • upload content you have no right to share, or images unrelated to food in order to misuse the AI;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent limits or security of the Service;
  • resell the Service or use automated means to access it.

7. Content and intellectual property

Your food logs and workout data belong to you; you give us the limited permission needed to store and process them to provide the Service. The app, its design, texts, formulas implementation, exercise animations and trademarks belong to Doratify or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. AI features

AI results are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Always review the items and portions before saving. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and our provider does not either. See AI & Photo Processing.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms we will notify you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. You may also bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where the law allows.
